(ii) Tirtsah (8656) - delightsomeness; Tirtsah, a place in Palestine; also an Israelitess - from a primitive root; to be pleased with; specifically, to satisfy a debt:

[TUR zuh] (delightfulness)-- the name of a city in the Old Testament:

One of 31 ancient Canaanite cities west of the Jordan River conquered by Joshua <Josh. 12:24>. Tirzah was the capital of the northern kingdom of Israel from the time of Jeroboam I until the time of Omri (reigned 885-874 B. C.), who moved the capital to Samaria after reigning in Tirzah six years <1 Kin. 16:23>.
