[SEE nur] (meaning unknown)-- the Amorite name for Mount Hermon, the highest mountain in the Anti-Lebanon range. Senir was famous for its fir trees used in shipbuilding <Ezek. 27:5>. <Psalm 29:6> uses the name Sirion to refer poetically to this mountain.
